Pricing Menu includes GENERAL estimates for vendors plus RBSI services, and subtracting expected Jeanine provided discounts off of the RBSI services.
Clients will be billed SEPARELY by Intuit for QuickBooks fees and by Remote Business Solutions, Inc. for RBSI staff (employees, vendors, contractors). Intuit offers its own discounts for software and IT services. Jeanine offers discounts to full-service clients for RBSI services.
Jeanine interviews new and continued clients prior to the start of a new services year to go over client needs and requests. Upon mutual interest, an engagement offer with pricing will be e-mailed to clients for the upcoming calendar/tax year.(
All of our services are customized to the specific needs and desires of our business clients. Most full-service clients utilize accounting, payroll and/or contractors management, and business tax compliance in their packages. Clients may add or combine other optional year-round services, to get two or more services, that compose their full-service client status. We generally do NOT accept "income tax only" clients, but there are some continued clients "grandfathered" from our prior tax business, and there are services such as year-round planning, taxpayer representation, multiple types of tax compliance services, and taxpayer education classes that could be combined to compose a full-services engagement for a calendar year or multiple years.
We do not fit everyone into a standardized price for their required services. A good proposed services contract includes a well thought out idea about what will best meet the client's needs. It also requires a good estimate of expected costs for the client to budget for based on recent market pricing for labor and other resources.
I will ask key interview questions and want to review supplemental business information such as financial statements and tax returns. Once the client needs and desires are identified, with the operations and nature of the business in mind, I may also inquire about number of employees, contractors, and/or other colleagues to build a customized proposed service package suitable to your business or entity.
It could take one to three business days for the process to culminate in the most meaningful price quote and proposed services contract. It all depends on how prepared the client is to answer key questions and to provide documentation.

Step 1 - Please make an appointment for an introductory meeting with complimentary follow-up service proposal including pricing options at https://my.timetrade.com/book/LXQN6 15 minute phone Call $0 charge, OR complete the form below for an e-mail response. This generally takes 15 minutes to one hour to interview you and collect your relevant information. It may be done by phone or in person with an appointment at one of our locations or meet up sites.
Step 2 - You must provide us with the answers to some basic questions with some company financial, payroll, and taxation information. This way we can research your best options for the services and pricing to meet your needs so please fill in the form and attach documents that help us see the nature and operations of your business.
a) Due to the unique nature of each request, please provide as much detail as possible. We will need to know things like what types of tax returns you filed previously and/or what you expect to file including forms and schedules. Your business profit or loss for the year with entity type, personal income range, and other details will also help us give you an optimal estimate of the combination of services you are inquiring about.
b) Please note that quotes are based on market pricing, our reasonable estimates of time to complete the described services, negotiated pricing with our network team, and any expected discounts relevant to your unique situaton. Expected discounts and adjustments will be included in your quote, and early payment and one time payment reductions are available with quoted budgets. You need to send us (secure file exchange or office delivery) so that we may complete your quote in a timely manner.
Step 3 - Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to get back in touch with you. Although you are important to speak with, we may be helping current clients with prescheduled services.
Step 4 - Receiving a quote from us does not obligate you to utilize our services. Once we mutually agree to work together, then an engagement packet contract will be prepared for you, you will sign and date this, and submit a requested retainer. Regular monthly fees will apply to your services, or progress fees to your project.
